Listen To Your Hormones: A Journey From Publication to Organization
In 2004, Kryger published his first book, Listen To Your Hormones—A Doctor’s Guide to Sex Love and Long Life. The guide was specifically targeted toward men. As an Andrology Specialist, Dr. Kryger filled this book with extensive knowledge on how hormones helped maintain a long-lasting, sexually fulfilled life. The book not only helps men to know more about their bodies, behavioral character, hormones, and health but also offers them a safe and effective treatment for low T levels resulting from aging and exposure to environmental estrogens.
The book also helped to lay the foundation for Kryger’s research and prompted the subsequent development of the topical hormonal cream Testocreme®, with Dana Gordon, owner of Central Avenue Pharmacy in Pacific Grove. He formed a pharmaceutical company with the help of a few angel investors and was able to get the cream manufactured and patented by the FDA.
True to his publication, after his retirement, Kryger established the Listen To Your Hormones Blog—an online and offline marketplace for medication, hormone education, book review sessions, and consultations. The website also offers hormone-related blogs authored by Dr. Kryger. As part of his routine, he is writing a new blog for Wix.com, such as listentoyourhormones.org.
A Woman’s Guide to Men’s Health
In addition to his previous publication, Kryger published a new book—A Woman’s Guide to Men’s Health—in 2005. Unlike “Listen to Your Hormones,” which was specific to men, this book explains how women’s understanding of men’s health, sexuality, vigor, and happiness can foster an ever-growing love life. As an enhanced version of its predecessor, Listen To Your Hormones, it covers the perspectives of hormones for women, their love life, happiness, and hormone supplementation using Estrocreme™ in detail.
The Monterey Diet™
In 2008, Dr. Kryger published his new ebook, The Monterey Diet™. He believes the secret to a healthy lifestyle is hidden in plant-based foods and eating habits. The book provides guidelines and tools for when to eat your favorite foods to result in healthy living. It offers insights to develop an action plan to adjust eating habits to specific times during the day. This book explains how your brain affects your eating pattern. It helps you discover how to reverse that unhealthy pattern and live a healthier life.
