About Harvey Kryger

Harvey Kryger, in full Abraham Harvey Kryger, retired as the owner and Medical Director (MD) of Monterey Preventive Medical Clinic, located at Cass Street in Monterey, California. The preventive medical clinic offered services to prevent diseases and disabilities before they occur or escalate. It provided patients with advice and recommendations to maintain and improve their health and well-being through diet, exercise, and hormone balancing. Since his retirement in 2023, Dr.Kryger has continued with his research and still provides advice to past patients. 

Dr. Kryger is an MD, a DMD, a certified family practitioner, and the founder of the Alternative Medicine Foundation.  He is an industry veteran with extensive 50+ years of experience as a physician and preventive medicine expert. Kryger was a dedicated healthcare provider and author affiliated with several professional societies. 

Kryger completed his bachelor’s education at the University of Manitoba, Manitoba, Canada, in 1964. Later, from 1965-1969, he attended the University of Manitoba’s School of Dentistry for his DMD (Doctor of Dental Medicine) degree. In 1973, he received his MD (Doctor of Medicine) degree from the University of Manitoba’s School of Medicine in Winnipeg.
